In the U20 Men section the club is proud to have some top Male Sprinters competing. Isaac Fatunwase is still progressing in the 100m and has a really bright future. In the U16 Boys Category AJ, David Fregene and Yoel Tesfu broke into the top 10 for the 100m. The current Record was an impressive record set by Albert Hughes in 2023 with 11.76s. In the 200m Ethan Naude, David Fregene and Yoeal Tesfu also broke into the top 10 with again Albert Hughes holding the current record with a 25.2 clocking again in 2023. There is no doubt the South of England Athletics Academy is the place to be for ambitious athletes. This weekend we saw 2 Academy Sprinters Laila Rawlings and Harriett Griffiths-Horrod compete in the Indoor Athletics Champs.
