Great Fun at the 'Fun at the Castle Event'




The 1st 'Fun at the Castle' event took place today at Southsea Seafront in lovely Summer Weather. The athletes all took part in a fun Strength and Conditioning session followed by a BBQ and finished off we a cool dip in the Sea. Pictures kindly provided by Ummee Noro Toye
