This will be our 1st Pro Sprint Event of the Year, This Event is open to all athletes who wish to take part.
This New Format is as follows:
We start the evening at 5.00pm with 75m Sprints for the U11 athletes and we hope they will get to stay and watch the evening unfold.
We then Move on to the single 100m event for U13s and above. This gives athletes the chance to take part in one 100m or maybe combine with a 200m.
We then start with the Main Event which is a 2 Round Competition with Cash Prizes on Offer. The 1st Round will be seeded by Personal Bests and then once the 1st Round is over the athletes will be Graded into Heats depending on their 1st Round times. The 2nd Round Heats will start with the slowest qualifiers until we reach the 2 heats with the 8 fatsest Females and 8 fastest Males who will battle it out for Glory

We also have time to fit in a few 400m races in between
We have Big Screen Instant Results, Photo Finish and Electronic Timing plus Music and Commentary plus lots of other new ideas.
