Coaching the 100m and 200m Sprint
Sprinting is running over a short distance in a limited period of time. It is used in many sports that incorporate running, typically as a way of quickly reaching a target or goal, or avoiding or catching an opponent.
My name is Charlie Craddock and Iam a Fully Licensed and Insured UK Athletics Coach based at either the Brunei Indoor Athletics Centre or The Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth. Currently coaching athletes in all elements of Track Sprints.
