Iam Medically Retired Ex Services and a UKA Assistant Coach specialising in Para Throws.  Iam also a Level 1 Field Official/ Potential Level 1 Starter, Starters Assistant and a F34 Setaed Thrower taking part in Javelin, Shot Put and Discus.
Iam No1 for F34 Javelin in 2019/20 and CP Sport 2019 record holder plus a 2019 BWAA GP Winner

The Academy

Free Coaching Sessions are open to all athletes who are currently members of an affiliated Athletics Club.   If you are not a member of an affiliated club then you can come along on a 4 week trial and after that you will be asked to join an affiliated Athletics club.  The following local Track and Field clubs are recommended.

Havant Athletic Club -
Portsmouth Athletic Club -
Winchester Athletic Club -
Southampton Athletic Club -

All academy athletes are encouraged to attend sessions regularly and they must compete and take part in the sport of athletics to qualify for the Free Group Sessions.

Any athlete who wishes to join in with any of the Free Group Sessions but does not wish to join an affiliated Athletics club will be charged the academy fee of £15 per month after the initial trial period.
